1950 proposed dwellings with a range of products including Aged Care, Over 50’s, Social and Affordable accommodation, and a mix of contemporary residential dwellings, on the future SCC Direct Rail corridor and presents a significant opportunity to build one of QLD’s biggest Transit Oriented Developments (TOD).
