Highland Walloon continues to take shape, with construction reaching key milestones that bring the community closer to welcoming its first residents.
Lennium Group Development Manager, Ian Worthington, said it was fantastic to see progress on site. “We’ve completed lime stabilisation, kerb installation and proof rolls across key roads, including Kinross Drive, Shetland Street and Thistle Avenue,” he said. “Utilities are also taking shape, with underground works and electrical conduits now 70 per cent installed along Kinross Drive.”
The internal road network is advancing quickly, while stormwater infrastructure, high-flow culvert installation on Galloway Street, and pipework along Taylors Road and Blackthorn Street are all progressing. These works mean Highland Walloon remains on track for first settlements in early 2026.
The construction progress has been matched by strong buyer demand. Seventy-five per cent of blocks in the second release sold out in a single day, and more than 130 home and land packages have now been sold since launch. Ian Worthington added: “Buyers are responding to the affordability and practicality of our packages, with larger-than-average lot sizes of close to 500 square metres and elevated locations with mountain range views.”
Located in the historic township of Walloon, just 15 minutes from Ipswich, Highland Walloon offers a unique combination of country charm and convenient access to schools, shopping and healthcare. The community has been thoughtfully planned, with green spaces and streetscapes designed to create a welcoming and connected environment.
With construction moving quickly and strong buyer interest, now is the perfect time to secure a place in Highland Walloon.
